Venue – Imperial Park Hotel & Spa***** (the Moscow region, Pervomayskoe, Imperial Park Hotal & Spa)

The conference is aimed at discussing the issues important for broker segment development, enhancing relations among professional insurance market participants, discussion of cooperation terms and prospects, extending and strengthening of personal business relations.

Among the participants are representatives of national insurance supervision authorities, broker community, top managers of insurance and reinsurance companies, largest motor dealers.

Expected number of participants is 120-140.

The cost of participation in the conference for one company representative including accommodation (one night) in standard room, located in mini-hotel Akvarel (100 m from the main building), is:

• for insurance companies’ representatives – 24,000 rub.

• for broking companies' representatives – 20,000 rub.

• for regional broker companies’ representatives – 18,000 rub.

Extra charge for accommodation in the main building in a standard room is 2,000 rub.

Extra charge for accommodation in the main building in a studio room is 4,000 rub.

We ask the conference participants who would like to stay in the hotel before the conference (on October 5) to contact the conference organizer till September 19.

• Participation in the conference without accommodation is 17,000 rub.

The price includes:

– VAT 13%;

– tranasfer (comfortable bus metro station Akademicheskaya – Hotel – metro station Akademicheskaya);

– participation in all conference events;

– bag with conference materials;

– lunches, coffee-breaks;

– invitation to gala dinner.

The price for those who stay at the hotel also includes:

– accommodation in the hotel 1(one) night on October 6-7, 2008;

– buffet breakfast;

– attendance of SPA club (swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish hamma),

– parking for 1 car.
